Orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the destination. During launch periods, campaigns or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU (including US, UK and Asia), customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.
Conditions for Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
